Insight doesn’t always integrate immediately.

Expansion followed by collapse.

Clarity followed by freeze.

sound familliar?

These patterns aren’t signs you’re doing something wrong. They’re signs that insight moved faster than the body could hold.

Naming a pattern without fixing it is powerful.

It creates space for pacing.

fixing happens slowly, effectively, sustainably.

Integration happens when awareness is met with containment, not urgency.

In the Herbalists Cottage Skool space, we practice noticing patterns together…. without shaming them, rushing them, or pathologizing them.

If that kind of shared reflection feels supportive, you’re welcome to join.
