There are seasons when growth isn’t what we need first.

Not because we’re failing.

and Not because we’re stuck.

But because our nervous system is already holding more than it can safely Stomach.

So this week begins with a Quick orientation.

Before new practices, new herbs, or new insights…..

We pause.

I need you to remember, grounding isn’t a delay tactic.

It’s what allows clarity to land without overwhelming the body.

If wellness spaces have taught you to brace, perform, or keep up, then it makes sense if slowing down feels unfamiliar. But safety changes everything. When the body feels supported, learning becomes possible again!

This is your reminder that:

reading quietly counts

rest is participation

presence is enough

You don’t need to arrive regulated. You arrive to regulate.

If you want a place to move through this gently, with shared pacing and support, you’re welcome inside my Skool community,

The Herbalist’s Cottage.

It’s a quiet hearth for people who want depth without pressure and community without obbligations.
